The Fine Print
This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem the experience. No phone screenshots or photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. No guarantee can be made that guests are able to redeem vouchers on any specific date.
Blackout dates apply: 24th December 2025 (Christmas Eve), 25th December 2025 (Christmas Day), 26th December 2025 (Boxing Day), 31st December 2025 (New Year’s Eve), 1st January 2026 (New Year’s Day), 14th to 16th February 2026 (Valentine’s Weekend), 3rd to 5th April 2026 (Easter Weekend). Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date. A discretionary service charge of 15% will be added to your bill when dining.
