This gift voucher features a unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival in order to redeem the experience. No phone screenshots or photocopies of the original voucher will be accepted. No guarantee can be made that guests are able to redeem vouchers on any specific date.
2026 blackout dates apply: 14th -16th Feb (Valentine’s Weekend), 3rd - 5th April (Easter Weekend), 15th March (Mother's Day), 24th - 26th Dec (Christmas), 31st Dec - 1st Jan 2027 (New Year's) and Bank Holidays. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after the purchase date. A discretionary service charge of 15% will be added to your bill when dining.
