The Fine Print
This voucher features unique reference ID code, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable or refundable. Voucher can only be redeemed against overnight stays at Shangri-La The Shard, London. Any unused portion of voucher can be redeemed against spa or food & beverage experiences that occur during stay period. Voucher must be presented upon check-in and cannot be redeemed until at least 72 hours after purchase. Voucher must be used within validity period stated on voucher, no extension can be provided. Advanced room bookings required and strictly subject to availability at hotel’s discretion. No guarantee can be made that guests can redeem vouchers on specific date. Amount of the voucher will be deducted from bill upon check-out.
